Statutes and Rules
All meetings of the Board are open to the public and licensees are encouraged to attend. Notifications of Board meetings are posted in the building where the meeting is to be held and on this website.
Applications are reviewed and acted upon by the Board during scheduled meetings. Action is also taken on any complaints against licensees. (Board Action) Individuals who wish to be included on the Board’s agenda must submit a written request to the Board. The Board must receive this request at least ten (10) working days prior to the regularly scheduled Board meeting.
Information regarding the Board’s activities, submissions to the Board, and requests of the Board should be made in writing to the Board.
All application materials must be received by the indicated application deadlines (10 Business Days Prior to meeting)in order to be reviewed at the corresponding Board meeting. Only complete applications will be reviewed by the Board.
